Decathlon is a French sporting goods retailer. With over 1500 stores in 49 countries, it is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world.

Decathlon had tied up with a global agency that looked after their marketing efforts and scope in and out. They were associated with Decathlon as an extended marketing wing for a really long time. With Decathlon expanding its reach through various new online channels, the agency faced operational difficulty in equally prioritizing marketing efforts for existing channels and the upcoming ones. This is when Decathlon felt the need for another 360-degree agency that had the required experience and expertise to match the scope of work.
